I have a 2023 SR5 with stock tires, and I’ve been noticing that it jitters or skips on wet or snowy terrain when I’m in first gear in the city. Is this normal? Also, my rear tire is a little burnt on the side. I’ve asked other local Tacoma owners, and they don’t seem to have this issue. Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be causing it?
Are you aware of the binding issues that can happen at low speeds when in 4WD? It sounds like it might be that. You might want to look into it if you’re not familiar, as it can cause damage.
