6112 and 5160 setup! How’s the rear with the .5 inch block?

Got this set up over the past few days. Had to replace a CV after installing the ECGS bearing, but I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. The stance looks good, though I’m hoping the front settles a bit more. Also removed the sway bar, and it drives way smoother now than it did stock.

Looks awesome. What size tires are you running?

I’m running 265/70/17. Thinking of trying a taller and narrower size like 255/80 next time.

I’ve been debating between 265/70/17 and 285/70/17 for mine. Your setup is tempting me to go 265s!

Removing the sway bar can be risky. Have you noticed any handling issues?

There’s more body roll, for sure, but it doesn’t feel too top-heavy. It’s actually way more stable compared to my old Jeep without a sway bar.

What rear block did you use? I have the same suspension setup and I’m trying to fix the squat on mine.

I used the .5 inch block from Toyota. I think it’s what they use on the Pro and Trail models.

No way, I didn’t know Toyota made one. Thanks for the tip!

No problem! The part number is PT82A-35220-SS if you’re interested.

You’re the best. Appreciate it!

Which clip setting did you go with on the front?

I went with 10/8, which is supposed to give about 1.7 inches, but it looks closer to 2 inches or more. I didn’t measure before starting, though.

It looks great! I’m thinking about the same kit but not sure what to do for the rear. Also wondering if I should tackle the UCAs myself.

It’s not too bad to install overall, just takes some time. The UCAs are tricky, though. Definitely the hardest part of the job.
