Two things I can’t seem to sort out, can you make the mirrors tilt down automatically when you put the truck in reverse? And how do you change the settings for engine noise or ANC (if that’s even possible)? Maybe it’s a silly question, but I couldn’t find an answer.
I gotta admit, I’m more focused on that first-gen Tacoma hiding in the back of your photo.
Did they remember to put the TRD center caps back on before you left the dealership?

Yeah, they did! Those temporary caps were just for transport, apparently.
Pretty sure the Tacoma doesn’t come with ANC or engine noise enhancement. Hope your dealer didn’t tell you it does! I have a 2024 Limited, and I haven’t heard of those options.

Actually, I just checked… Turns out some of them do. If mine has it, I haven’t felt the need to mess with it.
You might need an OBD2 scanner for that. I’d ask a tuner who knows Toyotas well, like someone familiar with OTT tunes.

Appreciate it, thanks!
Congrats on the new truck! It looks fantastic.
Is this different from just posting about getting one?

Sorry, I replied to the wrong comment or something. My bad!
Nice! Welcome. It’s a solid choice.

Not sure if it’s better, but it sure looks great in the photo.
At first glance, it looked like you had a huge metal bar strapped to the roof… Had to zoom in!
Buying the first year of a new model is always a bit risky… especially with some of the issues going on right now. Good luck!

Come on, man. You say the same thing on every post about the 4th gen. Sounds like you’re a bit salty about not waiting and sticking with your 2023.
@Erie
Haha, fair point!

Honestly, he’s not wrong though. The 2024s do have some issues. The 2023s are more solid in some ways.
