How Do I Turn Off Adaptive Cruise Control on a Toyota Tacoma?

Hi guys…

I just got a new Toyota Tacoma and I’m still getting familiar with all its features. The Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) is one feature I’m having trouble with. I know how to activate it, but I’m not sure how to turn it off when I want to switch back to regular driving or if I just want to disable it for a bit.

Could anyone explain how to turn off the Adaptive Cruise Control on a Toyota Tacoma? Is there a specific button or sequence I need to follow? Any tips or step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Have you looked at the car manual because everything is explained there as I think? But if you are too lazy to read the car manual, you can check the following video for the full guide.

To turn off Adaptive Cruise Control on a Toyota Tacoma, press and hold the cruise control button on the steering wheel until the system switches to standard cruise control, or press the cancel button to deactivate the system entirely.
