Your truck might handle the snow okay, but those MT tires are like slicks in icy conditions. Be careful and have fun!

It’s not the snow that shuts things down in the South—it’s the ice. We don’t have the equipment to deal with it, and nobody salts or sands the roads.

We get ice here in Colorado too, but they don’t even treat the side streets. The main roads just get some mag chloride… no salt, thankfully.
