I need to look that up.
Basically, you cut it open and remove the insides from the throat down to the back end, then usually hold it by the front legs to let the blood drain out. Depending on the shot, there can be more or less blood. That could stain the white fur on the back.
I bagged a nice one back in 2013… headlights on and horn honking!
