What are some good toolbox recommendations for Toyota Tacoma owners? I’m looking for suggestions on a toolbox and a headache rack

I’ve found my backseat works perfectly as a toolbox, totally weatherproof and secure lol. I plan to get a tonneau cover soon and maybe find a used deck system or even build my own. Magnum has some really nice-looking headache racks, though a lot of them don’t look great, so I’d recommend checking out photos of them installed on your truck. Westin also has a solid option, or you might like Spyder Industries if you want something a bit different and less bulky

When I worked as a mobile tech, I had a job box that held up through five trucks. They swapped them out at 200,000 miles, and I was driving 3-5K a month. It was large, lockable, and semi-weather resistant, plus easy to replace the gaskets. Just be careful not to make it too tall, or it might block your back window

I just checked out Magnum. I think I’ll go for it

Got it, job box noted

I have to say, those are the best-looking black OEM Tacoma wheels out there

I love that I can have such a cool wheel while still showing off the Toyota logo. They were take-offs from another truck, and I actually preferred them over the ones that came with the OR

Those look great. I have the same truck, but I went with the Trail edition bronze wheels. I think they look nice too. Aren’t those wheels from an SR?

Yup, they are KeyGlock

That’s a Texas vibe you’ve got going on, but Magnum does look nice with the lights at the top for a mass-produced headache rack

Good thing I’m in Texas then

I’ve got a grill guard on my Tacoma, and it usually gets some flak on this sub, but it’s a classic look for trucks here in Texas

Same here in Deep South GA
