Thinking about getting a Toyota Tacoma… what are the pros and cons?
Pros? Well, it’s one of the safest midsize trucks, super reliable, and built to last unless you’re dealing with salt. Plus, it’s got the highest resale value and solid 4WD systems.
Cons? It’s not the comfiest ride, and there’s a lot of plastic in the interior. Also, because of that high resale value, used ones are overpriced compared to their competition.
Honestly, it’s worth buying new. When I got mine last year, there was only like a $2k difference between a 2-4 year old one and a brand-new one.
Tacomas are pretty barebones. It’s literally just an engine, tranny, seats, and a frame. No power seats until 2020 If you’re into tech and luxury, look elsewhere. But if you need a truck that just works, time and time again, go for the Tacoma.
Wait… Power seat, not seats, right?
So I just need to find some seats from a 2019 for my 2021, huh?
Con? It won’t increase your… size. If that’s a priority, check out the Jeep Rubicon
You’re probably looking for sTACOMA/Jelqing, bro. Not safe for work though.
Man, that’s just sad.
I clicked on that… I regret it
Yeah, probably should’ve added NSFW for that one
Good call. I wasn’t trying to imply anything, I just thought it was funny. I was like, “hmm, what is that… oh, alright then”
I looked it up and still have no clue what’s going on there.
Pro: It’s a Toyota.
Pro: It’s a Tacoma.
Con: They’re expensive.
